Returns Policy

Change of Mind

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obliged to accept returns for ‘change of mind’ or ‘incorrect choice’ purchases, so please choose carefully as we do not facilitate returns (unless the product is faulty). We encourage you to consult our friendly staff for advice before making a purchase. At the discretion of ACS Technology, certain products can be exchanged or returned for a credit note.

If approved for a return or exchange, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply. All goods must be in mint condition and packaging in pristine condition with all original accessories and components intact. Any freight and insurance costs to return the item to ACS Technology are at the customers expense and non-refundable. This includes the liability for any lost freight, so we recommend using registered post.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products as soon as they are delivered in order to ensure that: (a) they are what you ordered; and (b) they are not damaged or faulty (c) “dead on arrival” or not working . If this is the case, please contact our friendly staff via support@acstechnology.com.au as soon as possible and within 14 days.
If contacted outside of 14 days upon delivery, the claim for damaged or faulty goods may become void. Damaged or faulty products will be subject to product assessment and proof may be required so please maintain some documentation.
