Equipment Hire

Got your eye on that shiny new item?

ACS offers our community the opportunity to hire camera equipment. Our equipment can be hired over the course of a day, a week or a longer time period if your request is approved. (At this stage, we are only offering hiring on our camera bodies and lenses.)

The equipment hiring process is simple:

  1. Contact Us
    Email to let us know what item you would like to hire, and the time period you would like it for. We will advise whether your desired item is available to hire and the cost associated.
  2. Send us your details
    Once we have confirmed product availability, we will then request some personal information such as Name, Contact Number, Address and a copy of your Drivers License. We will also request a pre-authorisation amount of $1000 off a credit card (see T&Cs, price dependant on product). This will not be charged to your credit card, instead act only as a pre-authorisation.

  3. Explore & Return
    Once we have these details, we will post the camera equipment out to you. At the end of the loan period, please post the items back to us at PO BOX 228, Macarthur Square NSW 2560.

Please note that upon receiving the returned items, we will be inspecting to ensure that the items are in the same pristine condition that we had lent it out on. If there is deemed to be any damage to the equipment, the cost of repair will be taken out of your pre-authorisation funds.
