Repairs

We know that being without your beloved tech is hard. That's why our experienced repair team work hard to get the gear back in your hands as soon as possible.

What items do we repair? Cameras, lenses, drones and laptops.

Organising a repair is easy:

1. Print and complete our repair form to advise us of the problem (click here for repair form) 
   
   
2. Attach the form when you securely pack and send your equipment to us at:

3. Once we receive your gear, we will investigate the problem. Our repairs are priced at a flat rate, depending on your camera type and will cover most minor repairs and labour. If a major repair is required, we will contact you prior to any repair work, and seek your approval before going ahead. Once the repair is complete, we will send the items back to you.

Repair times are subject to availability of parts (if required), in addition to standard turnaround times of 1 week.
