Shipping and Delivery

Flat Rate Delivery

We offer a $15 flat rate priority shipping Australia-wide for the majority of online orders. Orders are priority shipped with signature on delivery, tracking and insurance.

If however, the products are of a bulky nature (tripods, telescopes, large monitors etc), you may be charged an additional fee. In this case we will contact you before processing your order to inform you of shipping costs.

Shipping Information

We know what the longest wait time is between purchasing a product and receiving it in person! So we aim to promptly dispatch the order within 2 business days pending payment verification (generally quicker). We work with the best couriers to ensure your products get there safely and as soon as possible. If there are any questions please email support@acstechnology.com.au.

Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be logistical delays that arise.
As of July 2021, we are experiencing delays due to the latest COVID restricitions within NSW, and thus delivery times are slightly longer than normal. We thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Standard delivery timings:

VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & TAS: 3-5 business days.

WA, NT & Far North Queensland: 5-7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and based on products being in stock in our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, size and weight of your order.
