Trade-Ins

Do you have pre-loved camera gear or laptops/ phone? Our trade-in procedure at ACS is simple and consists of 3 easy steps.

1. Contact Us for a Quote

Contact us by emailing support@acstechnology.com.au to let us know what you would like to trade in. You may be required to provide photos and a description to help us assess the condition and working status of the item. Based on market conditions in the second-hand market and the condition of the items, we will then provide you with an estimated value for your item.

2. Inspection & Confirmation

If you are happy with the estimated value, securely package the item to send to our address:

We will make a physical inspection and send a final quote to you. This quote value may vary depending on the condition of the item on inspection. You can then decide whether you would like to go ahead with the trade in or have the item returned.

3. Receive Your Credit

Once you are satisfied with the final value, you will receive credit for the item in the form of an ACS gift card to be used towards your purchase on our online store. We will then take your old gear and give it a new home.

Terms and conditions of trade-ins apply. Trade-ins cannot be redeemed for cash. Older camera gear and technology equipment of insignificant value will be recycled (for no charge) to help the environment.
