As ACS are authorised Australian Dealers, our products come with a genuine Australian warranty direct from the manufacturer. This gives you the peace of mind knowing that you have full cover for technical support, firmware upgrades and repairs for a minimum of 12 months. We do not stock any “grey market” goods. In addition, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Purchasing through ACS as Authorised Dealers means full price disclosure; there are no hidden costs such as import duties or extra charges associated with purchases from non-Australian competitors.

At ACS, we also offer extended warranties, Total Care Packages, which cover technical support, firmware upgrades and repairs.
