Eligibility
To qualify for a Price Beat:
- the product must be identical in brand, model, colour, specification and condition
- the competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer
- the product must be supplied as genuine Australian stock with an Australian manufacturer’s warranty
- both the competitor’s product and the ACS Technology product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
- the competitor’s price must be publicly advertised, current and able to be independently verified
- the competitor’s total purchase price, including any compulsory delivery charges, payment surcharges or other fees, may be taken into account when comparing prices
- the Price Beat request must be submitted before the ACS Technology purchase is completed
Exclusions
The Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to:
- grey imports or products supplied through unauthorised distributors
- marketplace, auction or classified listings, including third-party sellers
- used, refurbished, seconds, ex-display, demo or damaged products
- clearance, liquidation, closing-down or run-out offers
- member-only, loyalty, employee, subscription or other restricted pricing
- prices obtained using discount or promotional codes
- cashback offers, gift cards, loyalty points, bonus products or other promotional benefits
- bundle, package or multi-buy offers where the products or inclusions are not directly comparable
- bulk-purchase or quantity-based pricing
- pricing errors or obviously incorrect prices
- offers where the competitor cannot supply the product
- prices that are materially below normal market pricing and cannot reasonably be verified as a genuine comparable offer
How to request a Price Beat
Submit a Price Beat Request with:
- a link to the authorised Australian retailer’s listing
- their advertised price
- your contact details
- any additional information that may help us verify the offer
We may request additional evidence where required.
Approval
All Price Beat requests are subject to verification and approval by ACS Technology.
If approved, we’ll beat the eligible competitor price by at least $1 and provide instructions for completing your purchase.
The competitor’s offer must still be available at the time we assess the request.
Price Beat offers cannot be combined with other ACS Technology promotional codes, discounts or offers unless otherwise stated.
The Price Beat Guarantee cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases unless ACS Technology agrees otherwise.
ACS Technology reserves the right to decline a Price Beat request where the eligibility requirements are not met or the offer cannot reasonably be verified.
