If you’re happy to continue, you can send your gear to us for assessment or arrange to drop it off in person.
We inspect your gear
Once we receive your gear, our team will inspect and test it to confirm its condition and final trade-in value.
If you’re happy with the offer, the value can be put towards your next purchase with ACS Technology.
What we accept
We consider a wide range of gear including cameras, lenses, drones, lighting, audio equipment, laptops, phones and more.
Items generally need to be in working order and all trade-ins are subject to inspection.
What affects the value?
Your trade-in value will depend on factors such as the condition, age and current market value of the gear, along with any accessories included.
Original boxes, batteries, chargers, caps and other accessories can also help maximise the value of your trade-in.

Sending us your gear
Once you’re happy with the initial estimate, we’ll send you the details for getting your gear to us.
You can post it for assessment or arrange an in-person drop-off if that’s more convenient.
Your initial estimate is a guide only. The final trade-in value will be confirmed once we’ve inspected and tested the gear.
Identification & ownership
To complete a trade-in, you must be 18 years or older, be the legal owner of the gear and provide valid identification.
We’ll let you know what identification is required when your trade-in is ready to proceed.
