Designed to bolster our fork-mounted Schmidt Cassegrain Telescopes up to 11" - including the Celestron NexStar Evolution 9.25", the CPC GPS XLT, and the CPC Deluxe HD - the Celestron Equatorial Wedge HD Pro offers a robust, stable platform. This makes it ideal for astroimaging, ensuring minimal vibration.
With a low latitude range of 0-90°, this wedge is perfectly functional even at the equator. It comes with built-in features such as altitude/azimuth adjustment controls with oversized knobs for easy polar alignment. A hand control holder offers the flexibility of placement either on the wedge or the fork arm.
The inclusion of a tilt plate simplifies the mounting of the telescope by allowing rotation of the scope onto the wedge. A large 14mm diameter latitude adjustment screw enhances strength and stability, reducing vibration and facilitating easier rotation with a heavy telescope.
