The Combo 4-Person package includes four ultracompact clip-on transmitters with built-in omnidirectional microphones, two receivers (one designed for cameras and another USB-C version for iOS and Android devices), four furry windshields, magnetic clips, silicone sleeves, adapter cables, and a charging case.

Battery and charging

Each transmitter has about 11 hours of operating time with noise cancellation off. The charging case is rated at 2000 mAh and gives more than 2.5 charges for two transmitters and the camera receiver at the same time. A transmitter charges in about 1.5 hours and the case in about 2 hours.

Monitoring and latency

Transmission uses 2.4 GHz adaptive frequency hopping. Wireless monitoring is unavailable in 4-transmitter mode.

The OWS Monitor Earphone, available separately, has a range of 100 m line-of-sight. Low-latency monitoring is 20ms from transmitter to receiver.

Size, weight and camera use

Each transmitter weighs about 14 g and the charging case about 136 g. The operating temperature range is -10 to 55 °C.

A hot shoe adapter, sold separately, is available for select Sony cameras, including the ZV-E1 and ZV-E10.
