Lens Compatibility
Metabones lists the adapter for Nikkor F lenses that carry their own manual aperture ring. That covers AF-D, AF, AI-S, AI and non-AI lenses.
Mount and Build
Both mounts are precision-machined brass with chromium plating, and the interior is flocked with felt to reduce internal reflection. A detachable Arca-type tripod foot is compatible with Arca Swiss, Markins and Photo Clam ball heads.
Mechanical Operation
The adapter is mechanical only. It does not support electronic aperture control, autofocus or image stabilisation, and it is designed to reach infinity focus at the correct registration distance.
