Easy Extension

The Z TELECONVERTER TC-1.4x makes your shooting experience effortless with its convenience and versatility, allowing you to explore telephoto shooting at an increased focal length of the main lens by 1.4x with a higher reproduction ratio without adding much weight to your bag. Perfect for capturing small subjects at long range like close-up decisive moments during bird or sports photography that requires you to photograph from a distance or a tighter framing on the subject. Free yourself from the physical restriction of the side-lines and get incredibly crisp shots that look like you were in the heart of the action, no matter the situation. The compact teleconverter’s lightweight of approximately 220g will keep your gear bag’s weight down and hopefully minimise the aches and pain that can happen with a heavy load.

Performance

Maintaining and maximising the superior performance and potential of a NIKKOR Z lens, the Z TELECONVERTER 1.4x delivers best-in-class chromatic aberration, backlight tolerance, minimised distortion, and peripheral illumination. Enjoy superior rendering and retained autofocus (AF) and vibration reduction (VR) performance to the main lens it’s attached to. The powerful VR system on the camera bodies and lenses remain resolute. Whereas, the decrease of AF accuracy and speed is kept to an absolute minimum which allows photographers to enjoy image quality that doesn’t deteriorate. The versatility, ease and convenience of the Z TELECONVERTER TC-1.4x is unquestionable, and regardless of the type of lens its affixed to, the superior performance of Nikon mirrorless cameras and lenses shines through.
