The sleek, matte black Urban Approach 15 Backpack from Think Tank is built for a complete mirrorless camera system. The main compartment is kitted out with adjustable, padded dividers, organising two mirrorless cameras with attached lenses along with 5-8 additional lenses or accessories. Removing the dividers turns it into a multipurpose day pack, replacing some camera gear with personal items. Featuring dual zipper pulls for easy access, the main compartment can be secured with a user-supplied padlock.

Storage and Access

A 15" MacBook Pro Retina can be stowed in the rear compartment, which also houses a slip-in pocket for a tablet up to 10". The lid of the main compartment has two zippered accessory pockets for small items such as sunglasses and memory cards, with an additional zippered pocket on the exterior for a mobile phone or wallet. Each side of the backpack features a slip-in pocket, ideal for a water bottle or small tripod, with an adjustable, quick-release strap for secure storage above the tripod pocket.

Carry and Comfort

The backpack can be carried using the top handle, trolley pass-through strap, or padded shoulder harness, with a quick-release sternum strap for comfort and stability. The padded, mesh back panel wicks away moisture and cushions the back, while the grey interior lining aids in locating items under low light. A rain cover is included, stored in a touch-fastened pouch, to protect gear in wet weather.
