Super Sharp

Achieve high image quality with lower sensitivities and enjoy the freedom of using faster shutter speeds to control subject blur, even in darker environments, with the lens’ constant maximum aperture of f/2.8 throughout the entire 14mm to 24mm zoom range. With the Z mount system’s large diameter and short flange focal distance, experience superior resolution all the way to the extreme edges of the frame.

Whisper quiet and fantastic for Video

Be confident when it comes to making movies and shoot in the same edge-to-edge quality as you do with photos. An autofocus (AF) mechanism using a stepping motor (STM) and a buttonless control ring makes this lens quieter than ever for the ultimate shooting experience during events.

Superb quality and marries wonderfully with the Mirrorless technology in the Z series Full Frame cameras

Faithfully reproduce what you see in world around you. Whether you’re capturing starscapes or nightscapes, effectively control sagittal coma flare, even at maximum aperture, with the adoption of three aspherical elements with four aspherical surfaces. Deliver sharper resolution without colour fringing, especially in landscapes, with the four ED glass elements that also effectively reduces axial chromatic aberration. Shoot stunning sunrises and sunsets in all their glory with outstanding backlight resistance, thanks to the Nano Crystal Coat and ARNEO Coat that effectively suppresses ghosting and flares regardless of which direction the light enters the lens.
